...Arrr, why do I always post here? >.<

My Norton Antivirus disabled Auto-Protect and Email Checking on it's own, and won't let me put it back on.. any help? >.<

Simply Open Norton Antivirus and enable them in the options.

I tried, it wouldn't leave it on after I clicked OK. It would turn them off automatically. >.<

There's always the tried-and-true method of fixing software problems: remove, reboot, reinstall...

If you haven't already, it's always best to try that first. You never know what may have gotten corrupted.

There are some "viruses" (note: using that term lightly) that can disable several known A/V software, such as norton and mcafee. Another possibility is mentioned above, that something could have corrupted your install of it... it's happened to me before, but i dont use norton anymore, it's too bulky. :paperbag:
