I'm running PJ64 1.5 sp1 with Rices 5.6.0 Plugin. When I play Perfect Dark it plays fine in Windowed Mode but when I go full screen the camera goes all jerky and jittery! I remember reading something similar in an old thread about another game and vaguely remember something about PJ64 not particularly liking Fullscreen but I just can't find that thread or remember the remedy! I know it works with Jabos Plugin, it's just that Rices is much better looking!!

Oh, I remember this! Try disabling the auto counter factor and auto frame-skip and it should be fine!

I always run my CF as low as poss but the auto frame skip thang was on. It made a bit of an improvement but was still pretty much unplayable! I then noticed that in the Direct X tab Pixel Shader had been chosen - I put it back to Fit My Video Card and now it's fandabbydosey!!! :P My wee brother was pl;aying around with my PC yesterday and he's fiddled with everything!! But all seems to be well now! Thanks for helping - it's appreciated!

Wow. Pixel shaders mode is that slow? I guess I don't regret not having a PS capable card then on my 1.1GHz computer! Of course I can't exactly play Perfect Dark either...

I don't think it's so much to do with it being slow. I think it's more a compatibility or driver issue. The jerkiness is exactly that - it's jerky, when you move the camera it moves a lot and the picture sort of shakes. It's really not like slow down or framerate drop. And it only happens in fullscreen which is supposed to require less overheads to run...

Ah- a graphical glitch and not a slowdown. I get it now.
