How do i route BitTorrent through my firewall? i know i should open ports 6881-6889 so i can recieve incoming connections, but i'm not sure how to do that. I don't have any "real" firewall software. I have Norton Anti-Virus 2004 installed and i have a D-Link Router with a built in firewall, but i think i turned the firewall off. i'm on a cable internet connection too. so how do I open these ports?! thanks in advance.

Sorry for double-posting.
Again, I have answered my own question. I have opened the ports and now it is working how it should be. Usually I would give my solution so that it may be of use to others, but it's hard to explain because it's not a general thing. I use a network router and you have to know your IP and all this. It's not that hard but I'm not very good at explaining.
