you say pj 1.3 is faster then 1.4 BUT

Mesa a think you a new to all this....
The reason you get only 60 now is because of a frame limiter so the timming is some what acurate.....
before the emulator ran as fast as its little heart would let it....
I bet all the games were running to fast for you in earlier releases..

Load up a rom and under the settings, go to ROM settings, then turn of the limiter, set it to none I think. Then see how fast it goes.

Why don't you do that with each version then post your results here so we can see what trully is faster? Of coruse this will change with each game
