has anyone gotten the instructions at "0x00437592 referenced memory at "0x00000000". The memory could not be "read" error?
If so if you fixed the problem how so?

Change or clean your RAM DIMMS, they probably are faulty. This may also happen if you overclocked your proccesor, that's why you are having these errors.

Why this error message can appear if you have you cpu overclocked?
No other prog is recognizing that, I only have a speed boost, nothing more?
Can someone explain?

The thing is, when you overclock your CPU you do it by modifying its settings, and so, the harmony between the CPU and the memory is destroyed. They are not super-synchronised anymore, therefore the system is not stable.

Ensure that the latency and frequency settings for your memory are correct. This will be done in BIOS, but if you don't know how to use the BIOS get someone who does to help you.
