The biggest roms are that which are the size of Conkers/Resident Evil/Pokemon Stadium 2... which is 64mb (windows rounds it up to 64mb i think).. as far as i know the biggest rom size the N64 can handle is 512mbit (which equals a 64mb rom on pc)

N64 Cart Size / Rom Dump

32Mbit = 4Mb
64Mbit = 8Mb
96Mbit = 12Mb
128Mbit = 16Mb
256Mbit = 32Mb
512Mbit = 64Mb

etc... :) i know i missed some of the sizes of other official roms, but i think you will get the picture ;)
