Fix to the radeon H & L error

i have a radeon 8500le and i got this problem this is how u fix it

get lastestr drivers 4.5

then put rice's 5.6.0 video plugin into 1964 load the plugin up

now u wont have any problem

the reson the error come up is because u have drect x 8.1 0r 9 install and the plugin that come with it is drectx6

this method worked on both 1964 & PJ64

Nah the real reason is that Rices 5.6.0 has SW T&L forced on in the options rather than having to use a 3rd program app to do so :)

what do you mean? rice uses dx8

i know rice uses 8.1 if u installed it for first time then u will have directx6 plugin

At a guess that looks like Jabo's plugin is complaining with pre-4.5 drivers, since Jabo's uses DX6 and is known to be picky with certain recent Radeon drivers.
