I don't know how is this emulator work, i just download the emulator and already get the bios file.
Can i buy a dreamcast cd and put it into my cdrom and run it using chanka?

No, GD-Roms can't be read at the current time by Chankast. There's a driver, but it isn't present in the alpha. You'll have to acquire games by different means, or dump the games you buy with your DC+BBA.
