I'm currently working on a project, I alllready made once such tool, but it contained bugs, and some features weren't build in, so I decided to rebuild it.

Is this program like StyleXP or something? Be nice if it was, a freeware one of those would be nice.

I'm not going to say a release date, because then I have to rush myself, I don't have much time to create this. The skintool will allow to.

-Add resources (Like something as a batch)
-extract resources, So you can change the graphics and then add them
-Preview skin, only supported when the skin contains UIFiles
-UIFile editing, an sort off text editor
-Color editing, only for msn messenger, because this project was origanally ment for MSN Messenger
-Add/Remove patches, also only for msn messenger

And it's made in VB
