GUI not accepting Jap characters...

I just got done copying over my roms and loaded up 1964 and roms with Jap characters in the rom header won't show in the GUI resulting it in displaying the full rom name.

Check it out for yourself..

just any rom w/ non-standard characters (0-9, a-z)

That's a problem. I think I asked in other thread if anyone cares about this problem. If no one cares, then I don't need to fix it. However, no one cares at that time.

Anyway, this problem is fixable, just need time.
