I have Win XP on ntfs partition 2 gigs of mem dual process Atlon MP 2400+ and Vodoo 3 card.
I used to be able when I had win98 and a 400MHz but now I can't seem to get any N64 emulator to HLE, corn, 1964. All other consoles still work. Is it because I'm using XP? I get errors like "Error EnterRDPOnly: lpd3d already defined" The rom does get loaded and show the the n64 logo.

It seems to be the voodoo 3. Try Glide64 0.7 (available at the download section) with Project64 or 1964. Glide64 is a gfx-plugin specially created for voodoo cards so it should work fine with your system.

Exactly, give another video plugin a try, in your case i'd recomend glide64.

Still, use Nemu :)

Anyways I added an other video card and tried a few plugins and got a bunch games working with Rice's Deadalus 5.2.0 and an ATI Radeon 9200SE card.
Thanks for the help

Set desktop color to 16-bit. Or am I remembering wrong here? Been a while since I was helping people with Nemu.

First of all try my .ini file, after that, switch plugins and whatever...

Mods, could we get my .ini thread and the new lemd3d8 ones as stickies please?
