"Emulator" for Java Mobile Progs?

Hi there,

I was wonderin, whether there is any such thing as an "Emulator" with which you can launch all those neat little Java Apps and Games for mobile phones? I would like to take a first look at all the stuff before I upload it. Does anyone know whether there is such a thing?
