I think someone tampered with the pic on the left. It somehow looks as if someone put the face there with Photoshop.

look at it closely, it's obviously photoshopped, the face doesn't fit, but the girl isn't so careful about her body (I bet she doesn't know the meaning of the word "workout")...

Looks like quite a few generations of inbreeding.
