They aren't 15 gb, they are 1.4, and I think you're allowed to download the game if you own it already, and not rented, and if you have dsl, you may not have troubles downloading the game. BUT DON'T BE A PIRATE BECAUSE PIRATES ARE FUCKS.

You can get a broadband adapter without having broadband. Just get a lan card in your computer and hook it up. You don't actually have to get online.

Um, yes, OR if it is legal in your country, you MAY be able to download the games that YOU OWN. Noone will say where, if it is legal or not, but DO NOT DOWNLOAD GAMES YOU DO NOT OWN. Like I said before. It took ME freakin ages to find a copy of Phantasy Star Online for myself, but if you're willing, keep looking and you might find a place to buy it.
If I'm borderline against the rules with this post, tell me and/or delete it.
