Where do I download 1964 0.9.9 from?

Just found this forum after looking for some new plugins.

I am currently using the 0.8.5 version of 1964.

After reading the forums I see that there is a new version out.

Where can I download this from? I tried following someones sig to a geocities site and the link they had was dead.
