help with sound plugin

i was using jabo's 1.5 but experienced breaking and stuttering in the sound... then i tried azimer's 5.51 beta? that fixed the stuttering but slowed the frame rate from 60 to 30... any suggestions?

I believe Azimer's plugins enable audio sync by default, which explains exactly what you experienced. The cause, I would surmise, is a processor that's too slow, or a particularly demanding game. Some games simply don't have perfect sound.

For Jabo's turn on sync game to audio and it should work fine. You could also give azimers other plugins a try.

I would use something else than azimer's , it sucks 80% of my cpu power , so there's not much left for the graphics etc. I've got only 45 Fps with azimers . I would use schibo's , jabo's or zimilar's .
