Games move way too fast when I play them.

I just recently downloaded 1964, so I still don't know anything about. Right now, my problem is that the roms move way too fast when I play them. What settings should I put the emulator on to make them run at normal speed?

Press F9 , it's the button , which activates the Frame limiter...

Some of the game intro demos run too fast for me(banjo-kazooie, tooie)-but it doesn't matter, they're just intros, not actual gameplay. :)
