my Dolphin error

till every thing was ok i begin to set the rom paths(it was the first run)
but when i click ok it shows an error everytime
"unknow country code:
video is set to NTSC
filename: f:\ff extr\dev-ck21.gcm"
then click ok,it shows
"runtime error
......"
then Dolphin closed without any operation
so what's wrong?? waiting for answer

its called Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicals (your translation was close) and it does not work with dolphin, if i remember correctly, it won't even boot.
