Killer Instinct Gold (n64)

I'm new to this, so...can anyone tell me if it is possible to emulate the Killer Instinct Gold at normal speed.. I use the PJ64 1.5 and the game is always slow. and my system is not slow.. is it the emulator? If anyone knows how emulate the game perfect please tell me.

my system is:
P4 2.4Ghz
768 Mb memory
128mb nVIDIA GeForce FX5600
40 Gb HDD (Sata)

yeah use 1964. P64 has graphics errors and the speed is off (as in its extremely slow!) its not ur pc its just the emulator

well, the I downloaded the 1964 and it's nice, it's not slow anymore, but it flicks all the time....
