I have Project 64 1.5 plus the Service PAck 1, and I was wondering how you play online with it?

Also how do you install video/audio plugins?

You don't. PJ64 doesn't support online play, but PJ64k, 1964, and Nemu do.

Simply place them in the "plugin" directory.

I strongly recommend you read the included documention.
