dolphin fps problem

i was able to play bust a move 3000 and crazy taxi at a fps of 60 to 100
but then my father changed the virtual memory and everything got slower(fps rate around 20)
i changed the virtual memory back to it's original size but the games still play at an fps rate of 20 , that means that everything goes real slow

anyone know how to fix this?


these are my system specs:

2000+ mHz
geforce 4 MX 420
sound card(i have no idea)
512 ddr ram

Are you sure there aren't any programs running in background taking up resources? Also, what OS do you use?

i'm using windows Xp, but nevermind, I removed dolphin and re-downloaded it, thanks anyway, it's so good to play crazy taxi at full speed again
