IGNPS2: What's your story?

Guy Branum: I love the Final Fantasy universe and I wanted to participate in it as much as I could.

IGNPS2: What drives you to bust out in costume?

Guy Branum: It's about the magic. Final Fantasy has created, at this point, twelve separate worlds that we can all enjoy. Now FFXI will allow us to create this community in cyberspace.

IGNPS2: Have you been to conventions before this?

Guy Branum: This is my first. You know, I may be a convert.

IGNPS2: What's turning you over to the cosplay side?

Guy Branum: The magic. The thrill. Acting out the fantasies I have every day on the PS2 finally turning into a reality. Finally feeling the kinship in person that I've had all of these years on the PS2.

IGNPS2: What was your favorite game in the series?

Guy Branum: FFVII! I cried at the end of FFVII. It was the most beautiful story.
