Dolphin won't start!

I seem to be missing a file called DSOUND.DLL:11 or something like that...
and I also get another error message... "the unite that is conntected to the computer doesn't work"...

How do I solve this?
Is it possible to download DSound.DLL:11 somewhere?
What do I do whit the error message?

Try installing directx 9.0b...

Try installing directx 9.0b...

seems to work fine now...

but every time I try to start a game it's says
Direct3D Device creation failed!

and then it completly shut it self down...
what could this be?

You need to post your specs - graphics card info is vital.
