Hardly. At most 1-2 fps faster.

You may be able to play it at a few FPS faster, but it will still be so slow that it is unplayable.

Same as in a previous thread
The problem isn't due to pc configuration for the moment,
it's due to the communication between Windows/Dolphin/Game(gcm)

I suppose that 1,5~8ghz / 256 MB ram (SD/DDR?) and a good graphic card like ATI radeon 9800 ( perhaps some newer GeForces too )
will be enough to run Dolphin when it'll be "finished" .
Those are only suppositions !!
