Hello everyone!
I have īthe ISO to Super smash bros. melee and I would like to know how to turn that file into a .gcm file that is executable in a gc emulator ex. dolphin teaser. If it is possible at all.

Note: its not illegal to do this action

Just change the file extension from .iso to .gcm. You probably have to set windows to display file extensions to do this, or you could drop out to a command prompt and do
ren smash.iso smash.gcm (if your iso is called smash.iso)
