I have an amd athlon with 256 megs of RAM and a radeon 9600, and im using Nemu V0.8.

My problem is that when i get to the Zora fountain and go to do the diving game, i look down and the water is green and non-transparent... so if i dive down to get the coins i can't see a darn thing. This posses a problem because if i can't get the coins i can't dive further.......etc.

Try using Jabo's DX6, or Orkin's GLn64. Jabo's is supplied with the latest PJ64 (which I recommend over nemu unless you need the debugging features).

Some people say that native saves don't work, but I don't really know. Native saves are files saved by the emulator when saving "the real way" in the game. I'm not quite sure how to transfer those, if possible.
Otherwise you should continue to use nemu, and if you wish to switch, you can use pj for another game.

Savestates can't be ported.
