error in lemmy's video

[B]Hi, i just got the nemu 08 and i put all the roms i got in my favorites folder and got directx 9 but each time i try to load a rom it says:

I've got the same problem on my gilrfriend's computer who has an old video card that doesn't support too much... hope it's not that!
