its a little slow and im on a pentium 2 500 320mb ram!

The only emu that I that that even runs this game is VisualBoy Advance. To speed it up, either use small windows or low-res fullscreen mode, raise the priority of the emu, and enable automatic frameskipping.

Well... I haven't play that game yet. If you are seaching a good Gameboy Advance emulator, I recomend you Visualboy Advance. I'm not sure if "Banjo Kazooi: Grunty's revenge" will run properly, but all the games I've tried in this emulator have worked very well. For example, "Metroid: Zero Mission" works great in this emulator, and it's a new release. I'll attach you a .zip file with the emulator; that way you wont have to search for it. I hope it will help you.
