This is so simple! I can't believe no one has thought of it before. You truly are a visionary.
Can it be done? Of course it can!

I've not slept for 60 hours now, and this is all making perfect sense. Of course, so are a few other things that normally don't, so I don't think I'm too reliable of a judge.

Because DX8.1 only has Pixel Shaders 1.4 which isn't enough for the GC otherwise it would be DX8.1.
And Dolphin runs just fine on any fairly recent GeForce or Radeon that does not have to be DX9. People with MX cards have even got Bust-a-Move 3000 running well. No need for a DX8 plugin.

You are truly a moron if you think this can be done.
Btw, if you even CAN pull this stunt through, it'd probably be LOADS slower than on a faster card. It's completly obvious you don't know what the hell you're talking about, so don't go about making topic about stuff you don't know!

You just annoyed because you've now come to realise that Mainframe19 is the bestest programmer ever after all?

Yes, unfortunately that seems to be the case.

Uhm,...thats nearly impossible,..the gc games are designed to draw polygons the way the GC is supposed to draw them, not how the N64 handles them. I havent gone through both consoles documentations yet, but I dont think this is possible nor would it run games faster. ( its like asking a SNES emu to render game gfx the way NES handles them )

Here you go, buddy.
I think this is what you're looking for.
(I guess I should note that this will show up in Dolphin, and isn't a virus, for anyone who is feeling paranoid)

To any one who said it that can't be done: "You're not thinking 4th-dimensionally"
