This time its not the speed, but the game window. Here's a screenshot of the game....
Can anyone tell what im dong wrong?

No Sound
N-Rage Direct input 8V2 1,80a (works fine with every game)

This game is perfect with Glide64 + eVoodoo.

I sorry but i don't know what eVoodoo?Where can i get it? Sounds like a prog to emulate a Voodoocard on my system...?

Yep. it's glide3x to d3d wrapper
you can get it

You can also try latest eVoodoo nemesis but it can be slower
