I just found that Dr.Mario does not work with current beta of Glide64 and last release of 1964. When I run it with "Frame Buffer R/W: YES", it crashes just after start with "exception in emulation thread". I can't run it even with empty FBWrite function. I can run it with "Frame Buffer R/W: NO", but it makes the game unplayable. However, Dr.Mario had worked fine with last beta of 1964(20 december).
schibo, Rice - what happen?
(Glide64 v0.5 also can't run Dr.Mario with "Frame Buffer R/W: YES", just can't start)

Yep, this also effects the 5.2.0 beta of Rices that was released :/ pre 1964 0.99 release the framebuffer worked fine, on the final release it crashes or just doesn't load with FB R/W enabled.
Same happens with Pokemon Puzzle League, I believe.

A little correction: I'm getting "exception in emulation thread" for any game with rom option "Frame Buffer R/W: YES" and Glide64. Again, everything is ok with 2003-12-20 beta. Authors, please give me any suggestion how this can be avoided (fixed)?

Gonetz, I changed something related to this feature. Without fully testing my changes, I might have introduced bugs. I will let you know after I solve the problem.

Please post a fix here. I've had the same problem. Dr. Mario is one of those ROMs that I can never get to work properly. I'm building a new computer soon, so I expect to get better performance with better hardware, etc. Thanks to everyone for all the hard work!
