could somebody just tell me what emulator and plugin combinations I should use?

i have over 20 roms and the others dont run slowly.

donkey kong zeldsa mario etc. they dont run slow

Knockout KIngs 2000-(Cant see menus,runs slow)

Not sure about the others, but Knockout Kings 2000 is a known issue with PJ64 as running slow (it runs only in interpreter mode and not recompiler). The menu problem is also a known issue. Can't think if any plugin fixes it.
