A Jiggy in Jade Snake Grove must be acquired by tip-toeing. How would one tip-toe when the keyboard isn't touch sensitive? Thanks.

Use the N-Rage plug-in and change the "range" of the analog stick to about 25%. You should permanently tip-toe and get past the bit you are on.

As a further suggestion, also in Nrage, you can set a new modifier to, say, the "Shift" key, and have it bring down the movement to 50%. Now you can have both regular movement and halfspeed without having to change settings all the time. Just hold shift whenever you want to walk. :)

Thanks for all the help, but I realized the problem is it says there is no controller. I have "plugged in" or whatever checked, though.
