RSS Fixed and usable

Mayco suggested that we should fix the XML RSS feed that we have, it wasn't adapted to the present format of the site.

You can access the feed with our [ backend RSS 2.0 complaint feed (http://www.emulation64.com/backend.php) ].

Or by clicking the nice orange XML picture located on Emulation64.com's homepage.

I also just finished updating the news archive, tho I don't think that it warrents a new news post.

The archive it located on the main page, 2003 presently works but we're going to have to wait till February before the 2004 page shows anything up.
