Is there any emulator that plays RE2 perfectly or almost perfect? With working sound, graphics, and FMV.

Nope, not really. One of those tricky-to-emulate games. It can be played but has the errors with the sound, movies, and graphics as you said.

The only error that i have is the known depth issue . Characters can be seen through shelves and walls cuz the graphics plugin cant get polygons behind backrounds or sumthin....

I have some issues with RE because the music,sfx are OK but the duologue sometimes go to static to silence.Is there a way to fix that?
