A big bios problem. Help needed

When I start the game I dont see anything. I have a bios file with a size of 500 kb. But I have heard that a ps2 bios is 4mb. And I want to ask if anybody knows what the name is of the bios. Because I just cant find it.I searched the internet for 2 hours. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAASSSSEEEEEE HEEEEEEEELLLLLLLLPPPPP

1.Bios file is not supported in last Nsx2 release.You can try it in last Pcsx2.
2.It's about 4M and it's named ussually SCPHXXXX,depending on revision version.
3.You not allowed to ask about where to find it ,even if you own PS2.
