Joystick Sensetivity

I got a new controller and it works great, but I have a problem with the sensitivity of the joystick. I did not use the two button option for controlling movement, I used the axis option. Now, it's way too sensetive. If I move the analog stick 10% forward Link (I play that game right now) goes into the full run. His medium and slow walk are under that 10% and it's really hard (I have to press really carefully). Is there a way to change the sensetivity?

sorry man. I've tried, but many people tend to ignore people like you and me for some strange reason. I'd really like help with this too.
