SNES is still tough because you need a 400mhz system with a video chip for the full 60 fps... so handhelds will be choppy for now... so I don't recomend handhelds for emulation right now. Maybe get a GBA if you want a handheld for gaming. Still, a Palm or whatever is great for getting you organized!

Just to put in my 2pence worth - 'jollyrancher' is talking out of his hole! I have an hp1940 and have no problem running PocketSNES. I have a large collection of SNES carts, and have ripped them to ROMS for my PPC - NO problems running them. The only issue that I really have is that the sound is unstable to say the least - but when I'm using it to play while on the Metro, WHO CARES!?! If sound is really important, then stay at home and use SNES, or download SNES 9x (use a search engine to find either of these progs!)!!!

The name is temporary, temporary ban. From now on gravedigging is getting you a week. I'm sick of people digging up these threads that nobody cares about anymore. Unless you have a question that relates to the original thread, dont revive it.
