i just downloaded project64 and there are no games how do i play

You can download demo roms - I think there may be some in the download section. Otherwise you will have to aquire some roms (games) from other sources, which we can not give you on this forum... it's against the rules.

Also if you have trouble with the games on PJ64, try reading the instructions as your first port of call - it's very comprehensive.
