Does anyone know how to open a rom file?
I mean to look at the lines of codes they (the programmers) have worked on.
Is there a program for.
Please help me out here.

You can't open them to have a look at programmers code because a rom does not contain 'code'. Its an image of compiled code. If you can Hex edit then you could change stuff in the rom that way.
What exactly are you wanting to do?

Because this way you can make the gameshark codes you want for the game.
With the gameshark 3.0 you could open the memory from the rom and you change the values from certain digits.
This way i find the bloodcodes for Perfect Dark and the firstperson view for Wave Race and so on and on.
But now i want to try it on the pc .
