anyway, i just found this on lik-sang: http://www.lik-sang.com/news.php?artc=3177

The Warp Pipe Project is an open source project to bring LAN-based GameCube games online. It's absolutely free, and the developers just released a first "alpha" version. That means that it basically works, but it's still under development and the developers need your help testing it.

look at http://www.warppipe.com/

Kirby Air Ride, Mario Kart: Double Dash! & 1080°: Avalanche are said to be supported.

could this be real? if so there could finally be some incentive to buy a broadband adapter in not too far future.

Wow. If this is real, I and many others will be very pleased. :D

As much as I love nintendo, they deserve this. Bringing only one online game (PSO Ep 1&2) while many others were potentially online worthy (MK DD!!, Ea Sports series), was a stupid choice. Whoever is developing this.. Good work, keep it up. :arabia:

it is for real, they have been asking for people to help them test it on gaming websites for weeks
