well my copy of F-Zero GX arrived today (official release date) and i must say so far im pretty impressed with it :) kickass light effects especially and did i mention its damn fast :crazy: some of the tracks are rock hard though, may be a toughie to beat. will definitly shorten the time till mario kart arrives ;)

so what do you lot think about it? :watsup:

I LOVE F-ZERO GX.

I've won all four GX circuits on Master, AX on Standard (haven't tried Expert or Master yet), and I've won all but one Story mission on Very Hard (story 7 Very Hard is 99% luck...).

I got it the day it came out in the US. :flowers:

I haven't picked it up yet, I may make a trip to town tomorrow to get it. It's gonna have to do alot to impress me more than my F-Zero X-Pansion DD Pak, mind. ;)

The only thing missing is the track editor. :flowers: And some GX tracks do stuff that probably couldn't have been done on the FZX-P.

That was cruel. Don't get me wrong, I enjoy a challenging game but I've heard that it's frustratingly challenging.

For newcomers, yes.

For old-skool F-Zero X veterans... nah. I won three of the four cups on Master on my first try at the difficulty. And I could consistently win Expert the moment I turned the game on. :flowers: It's all about practice.

With one exception. Story 7. :gunman:

Been playing F-Zero GX for a couple of days now, and it just gets better and better! It certainly is one of the "chew the control pad when your pissed off" games, mind!
