I've found some intresting on the net!
I just want to know if it is possible or a hoax?

because i have no isos on my computer nor a broadband-adapter for my ngc, so i can't test it.
If it is possible..... hmmmm.... i think it would be funny!

Yes, as long as you have a TV that support PAL 60 (it doesn't have to support NTSC).
