Saving games: about the same for all the emulators
High Compatibility: 1964
Good Speed: 1964 (PJ64 is more stable might I add)
Graphics:Jabo's D3D V1.5.1 (found in the service pack) plugin is the best plugin out there at this moment, but it depends on you graphics card, if you have a Voodoo card, use Glide64, I dont know about ATI Radeon for plugin use
Audio: Azimers Audio HLE plugin (.55.1 alpha is most recent)works best on 1964, Jabo's DirectSound plugin works best on PJ64
Input: N-Rages V1.82 is said to be best (although it doesnt work for me), I recommend Jabo's Direct Input plugin
As Moose said, please post your system specs.
(generally if you have a fast processor (1.5Ghz+), you will be fine for using Pj64 and its higher system required games.
Games by Rare are better used on 1964.

The new 1964 will run excellent if you have 600 mhz or more (you have to wait a month for it, then it will be released).

I'd have to go with what's above, except that once .99 comes out. Rice's 5.2.0 kicks all other plugins around the field.

But does Rice's Daudelus 5.2.0 play PPL or Pokemon snap? Is that a no? :P
PJ64 runs excellent on my system, although 1964 is faster with the framebuffer effects.

Looking at your Graphics acrd, I dont know if Rice's plugin is the best since you have a voodoo card, Rices is best for Nvidia MX, and Ti cards. It would be best to use Glide64 for your card. Of course I do not know what to expect from a voodoo card, since Ive never had one

I still do not understand why people talk to me like i am a n00b. Rice's plugin is fairly good with DirectX, high-end combiner. But nothing beats Glide64 0.5
I M H O :D

PPL: You bet. Just beat it on hard mode. :)
pokemon snap works... ok. I need to figure out the controls.
edit: Oh, I'm sorry, you have a voodoo card. Glide 0.5, with 1964, will make you very happy.

Well the problem is that Corn doesnt offer much compatibility, granted it is the fastest, but i guess that 1964's new version will probably be just as fast as Corn, of course Im not a beta tester so I wouldnt know

At the moment the 1964 beta is faster than UHLE 2064.

Audio: Azimers Audio HLE plugin (.55.1 alpha is most recent)works best on 1964,
Is that generally available, or is it part of the 1964 beta test? I can't find it.

I imagine that it is probably part of the beta test, but that is not where I got it from, I actually got it with an audiofix that Azimer had worked on with Project 64. I am not sure if there is a place to find it or not, it was on here at one time, but it looks like its gone now. My guess is that you wont find one around until the beta testing is done, weird I actually have a copy of this and Im NOT even a beta tester for 1964.

Scotty, thank you very much, but I think I found it in this thread in the Apollo forum (AudioFix3.zip):
http://www.emutalk.net/showthread.php?threadid=15514
And it works great! Thank you for pointing this out.

There is one problem though, that isnt the HLE .55.1 alpha, I beleive that it is the LLE plugin .50 beta 2
EDIT: you can always PM me, I can e-mail it to you

The 1964 select plugins dialogue box lists it as:
Azimer's HLE Audio v0.55.1 Alpha
It still doesn't give me audio in Hydro Thunder or SF RUSH 2064, but it works very well in other games.
