Enable HTML Code in "Programming" Forum

HTML code is enabled in many of the forums here, but it is disabled in the "Programming" forum. My post there contains numerous hyperlinks, and vB code is sufficiently buggy to make them not work.

Would someone please enable HTML code in the "Programming" forum?

As it turns out, a simple typographic error introduced during find-and-replace for the HTML start- and end-tags was causing the issue. Ignore this suggestion, please.
