Could someone attach save states for epsxe 1.6 or n64 emus or is this a violation of the rules?

I get an error when trying to convert these save states to *.mcr.

Could someone else convert them plz. Thanks.

EDIT: I used psx160ge instead of psxmemtool and have gotten rival schools to work but not tekken3
