Does anyone know of any p2p's that specify in CD ISO's?

No, I'm sure if you gave it a little thought of what's out there you'll hopefully come close, and this is definitely in the grey zone of what's allowed and what's not.

the main reason im asking is cuz I want to find the ROM of Midtown Madness 3 for the xbox and try it out on my PC first so I can decide if I should get an xbox or not just for this.

1st, asking for roms isn't polite. 2nd, there are no Xbox emulators at this point that runs commercial games at any larger scale. 3rd, go to your local game store and pretend that you are interested and ask to play Midtown Madness 3, if you are hooked buy it, if not go away...
