Just a question, do you have a file called pif2.dat in your PJ64 directory? This helps fix that issue and Banjo-Tooie. If you haven't, re-download PJ64 from the official site and re-install it. If you have, reinstall it anyway.

For people who don't know:
Patching PJ64 1.4 with SP1, does NOT replace the exe it is still 1.4 and therefore compatibility has not increased, and you'll have experienced all the problems of 1.4.
