kof2k2 on Kawaks

Newer games (~less than two years old) are not officially supported. Technically MAME already supports it, but it's disabled in the source. I've heard of hacked versions of Kawaks supporting it as well, though I have no idea where you would find such a build (nor would I tell if I did).
