Megamen 64 and Mario Party 3 questions

How can I fix the black walls in Megamen 64 and Mario Party 3 doesn't work :( does anayone know's how to fix it ?

2.Are the roms good?check it with goodn64

I have a:

Pentium 4 1700 mhz
256 mb
Geforce 2 64 mb
Windows ME

So I don't think that that's te problem.

And the roms are good. But PJ64 says that there are black walls on Megaman, but isn't there a way to fix it ?
